MEET SAUD

My journey into detailing started while I was still in high school. What began with detailing vehicles and helping people in my community quickly turned into something much bigger. Through word of mouth, repeat customers, and a growing love for the work, I realized I had the opportunity to build my own business.

Today, I’m proud to operate a young, woman-owned local business serving Schoharie County and the Capital Region.

For me, detailing has never been about simply washing a car. I love seeing the transformation that comes from taking a vehicle that has been lived in, worked in, traveled in, and sometimes seriously neglected—and making it feel fresh again.

I take pride in the little things: the areas that are easy to overlook, the finishing touches, honest communication with my customers, and treating every vehicle with the care and respect I would expect for my own.

What started as a small operation during my time at Schoharie Central School has grown year after year.

In June 2025, my journey was recognized by The Mountain Eagle & Schoharie News in its Local Business Focus feature, “SCS Grad’s Auto Detailing Business Takes Off.”

The article highlighted how I began detailing while still in high school and grew Saud’s through hard work, community connections, and customers who continued to recommend my services.

Being recognized by the same community that helped my business get its start was an incredibly meaningful milestone—and a reminder of just how far Saud’s has come!
